Fox News Channel's Brian Kilmeade says he's never had a problem staying motivated when it comes to exercise and eating right, despite the fact that he's been up at 2:30 am and on the Fox and Friends set at 4:30 am weekday mornings for the past eight years. A soccer player from first grade through his college years at C.W. Post, fitness has always been a huge part of Kilmeade's life.

"If I don't work out, I feel so guilty. It definitely affects my mood if I'm not working out consistently." says Kilmeade, who resides in Massapequa (his hometown) with wife Dawn, son Bryan, 9, and daughters Kirstyn, 4, and Kaitlyn, 2.

As soon as the three-hour Fox and Friends morning show goes off the air at 9 am and his post-show meetings are completed, Kilmeade, 41, can be found at the Fox News Channel's gym doing cardio on the stationary bikes and toning with weights.

"Once in a while it's hard [the schedule] but I'm home in time to pick up my kids at school and coach their teams ... What you sacrifice is sleep." says Kilmeade who has also been busy this past year promoting his book The Games Do Count - America's Best and Brightest on the Power of Sports.
